The hotel's location was perfect, as it was near all of Glasgow's popular tourist attractions. We were able to easily walk to the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and the beautiful Kelvingrove Gardens. The hotel was also conveniently close to the bus station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
The bathroom could have been better maintained, as the bin was not emptied from the previous visitors, which was quite unpleasant.

We had a great overnight stay at Kelvingrove. The location was perfect for the concert we attended. The manager, Joe, was helpful and accommodating, especially with our late arrival. Our room was spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed. The toilet/shower room was excellent, with fluffy towels. The breakfast provided a fantastic choice and was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were helpful and pleasant, providing great recommendations for places to eat and shop. The beds were comfortable, and we regretted not staying for the amazing smelling breakfast. The shower was amazing, and the room was spacious, clean, and airy. We appreciated that the hotel allowed more than two adults in a room, unlike many others. The location was convenient, particularly for visiting the nearby university and art museum.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient with grocery stores nearby and easy access to the downtown area. The basic amenities in the rooms, including tea making facilities and updated bedding, are a nice touch. The breakfast offered is delicious, with generous portions and options like mushrooms, tea, and toast.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
